Appalachian Flip Flow is a licensed general contractor based in the High Country of North Carolina, serving the High Country and surrounding communities. We do it all — new construction, full-home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, additions, basements, and everything in between.

Meet Taha
I started Appalachian Flip Flow because I genuinely enjoy helping homeowners make their homes work better for the way they live. Every project is a chance to solve real problems — better flow, more usable space, and finishes that hold up to everyday life in the mountains.
Appalachian Flip Flow is licensed, insured, and bonded in North Carolina (General Contractor License #104960), and I am also a licensed North Carolina realtor (#320365) — so you can feel confident from the first walkthrough to the final walkthrough.
In 2024 I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in mechanical engineering and currently work full time as a process engineer alongside running Appalachian Flip Flow. Engineering taught me how to plan a job, sequence the work, and track the details — and that discipline carries straight onto the job site.
Outside of work, you will usually find me fishing, hiking a ridge in the High Country, out on my bike, or flying.
